Pet Policy

   

 

At Summit we know you love your pets- and we do too!

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

We welcome your dogs and cats 25 lbs and under (or up to two pets weighing no more than 25 lbs. each).  Because we understand that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a refundable $400 pet deposit and  non-refundable $150 pet fee.  We do not charge pet rent.
